Once your registration is approved you will receive a confirmation email. We will provide a link to book your accommodations at the Hilton with our preferential room rate in the coming weeks. The meetings will take place in the hotel convention space.
Yes. Summit is free to Veeva customers and invited guests. The only cost you will incur is your travel to Austin and your overnight accommodations. The Veeva room block at the Hilton is sold out however, please use this link to see hotels within the area.
There is no cancellation fee if you can’t attend, but we ask that you notify us in advance at veeva.medtech.comms@veeva.com so we can reallocate your seat to someone else.
The meetings will take place in the convention area of the Hilton Austin so everything is one location.
We recommend you arrive on Monday, April 28 in the afternoon so you can join the welcome reception that evening at the Hilton. Our opening keynote begins at 8.45 AM CT on Tuesday, April 29.
The registration and help desk will open 4-9:30pm on Monday on the 6th floor for check-in and badge pickup. We will reopen at 7:30am Tuesday.
There is discounted self-parking in the hotel garage. Ask for a discount voucher when you check-in at the registration desk.
Yes. The Tuesday evening event will be off-property at MoonTower Saloon. At 6:00 PM buses will depart for MoonTower Saloon from the 5th Street entrance in the hotel lobby between Starbucks and the concierge desk.
